There is a 50% cancellation fee for ANY cancellations with less than 48 hour notice or no shows. Please make sure to confirm your appointment, there are confirmation texts that are sent out prior to your appointment with a link to confirm, if you have not confirmed your appointment by the night before, it will automatically be cancelled. There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments, if you are over 10 mins late you are at risk of your appointment being cancelled. There are no refunds under any circumstance.
